Here is Helma, working away, She works out of her home with a convertible living room studio. Helma makes work using wood, metal, fabric, wire, and paint. Her work can be humorous, but at the same time, political and poignant.

Some works in progress, and a nice shot of the beautiful and colorful live/work studio of Helma Groot. She is a person, like myself that have titles that are quite important to the work, such as McCain's Seven Houses, Not my Baggage, Speed date, and train wreck. The work is clever and thought provoking. Did I mention she likes to incorporate fish in her work?
